P2 In a Nutshell
Drawing on the experience of working with thousands of people entering the workforce, P2 has been designed to recruit highly qualified men and women to serve on compelling, environmentally focused projects. These 1700 hour service commitments offer participating organizations access to highly valued and specialized skillsets, such as GIS, planning and statistical analysis, grant writing, and other organizational process skills. Our program is an excellent project management resource for small organizations and can serve as a transitional program for larger entities, expanding their teams and the scope of their work. Participating organizations receive additional support services from Northwest Service Academy, including regular site visits and evaluation.
